You only need to create an organisation if you plan to share humanitarian data on HDX. Once you register on HDX, follow the prompt or request an organisation through the ‘Add Data’ button. We ask you to submit the following information: an organisation name, description and link to an organisation-related website (optional). We review this information and then either accept the request or ask for more information, such as a sample dataset. Approved organisations will remain inactive and not displayed under ‘Organisations’ page until at least one dataset has been shared through HDX.
